Characteristics: Appearance, 25℃: Off-white powder or beads.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in organic solvents at ambient temperatures.

Packaging: The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external  carton or kraft bag , net weight is 20kg in carton and 25kg in bag.

Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport,storage.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-A2 is refined using molecular distillation purification, it has low volatility and good thermal stability, applied to various plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, ABS and other plastic acts as anti-blocking agent, lubricant, open agent and mould release agent, makes the product has excellent slipping properties and anti-adhesion, reducing the friction and adhesion. While using in high-speed printing inks, can improved lubricity and anti-blocking of ink. It can improve the gloss, fouling resistance and elongation, enhanced vulcanization accelerator and wear resistance, while used as release agent and slip agent in rubber and thermoplastic elastomer. It can also used as drawing metal lubricant, dye dispersant, textile antifogging agent and foam stabilizer. Depending on the different application requirements, the general dosage is 0.05-0.3%.
