Characteristics: Appearance, 25℃: Off-white powder or beads.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in organic solvents at ambient temperatures.

Packaging: The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external kraft bag , net weight is 25kg.

Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport,storage.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-A1 can be used as anti-blocking agent in polyolefins,  PVC, polystyrene, and other resin, it has both excellent effect  for external lubricating and mould release properties, it can also improve the degree of color action and dispersion effects. Usually used in conjunction with HBS-A2 or HBS-A3.
Compared with conventional inorganic anti-blocking  agent(silica), it does not affect the transparency of  products,can be used as internal mold release agent for synthetic rubber or natural rubber and a lubricant agent to improve the processing of plastic materials, and make the products have good gloss.
