Chemical description: Nonionic surfactant complexes

Characteristics: Appearance, 25℃: Off-white pellets.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform and other organic solvents.
Packaging: The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external  kraft bags, net weight is 25kg.
Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump and discoloration. It is no  dangerous, according to general chemical for transport, storage.
Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year  after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-300-6 is a non-ionic composite antistatic agent which is developed for BOPP film by our plant. HBS-300-6 uses the raw material of high-purity primary amine to prepared intermediate and high-purity monoglyceride optimized compound formed. Compared with the general anti-static agents, HBS-300-6 has higher effective content, better compatibility, will not increase the degree of BOPP mist, especially suitable for cigarette packaging film and other
high quality BOPP film. Meantime, HBS-300-6 has low volatile in processing and good slip properties. It will not  cause rupture accident in BOPP production, suitable for high speed continuous production of BOPP film.
