HBS-510

Chemical description: Alkane sulfonate
Characteristics: Appearance, 25℃: White flakes.
Solubility: Soluble in water,ethanol, chloroform and other organic solvents.

Packaging: The product is packed by inner sealed plastic bag, and external carton, net weight is 20kg.
Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain(this product has strong hygroscopicity). Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport,storage.
Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least two year after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-510 is an anionic surfactant, has excellent antistatic properties, emulsification dispersion, electrolyte resistance and wettability. It has high rate of quantity and price of plastic antistatic agents. HBS-510 has low volatility at high temperatures. It is commonly used as processing additives for high melting point engineering thermoplastics, especially suitable for polar plastics as internal antistatic agent. In the low-humidity environment can also play a very good antistatic effect. It has both external lubrication and good mold release and flow improvement in engineering  thermoplastics. This product is not available for transparent products, at the situation of not directly added to the polymer , it can be sprayed or dipped to the surface of articles in the form of a 1% aqueous solution.
