Chemical description: Complexes of cationic quaternary ammonium salt  and nonionic surfactant

Characteristics:  Appearance, 25℃: Light yellow transparent thick liquid.
Solubility:  Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol,chloroform and other organic solvents.

Packaging: This product uses two packaging: sealed plastic drum with   net weight 50kg or sealed iron drum with net weight is 200kg.

Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain, upending is forbidden. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical fro transport,storage. Please avoid touching it  directly, if it touch your skin, just wash it by water.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-160 is a kind of compounded antistatic agent  constituted by many kinds of surfactant. It is especially  suitable for PVC conveyor, floor board, sheets, rubber and synthetic rubber, and epoxy resin. It gives good heat  stability, immediate and sustained antistatic action.
