Chemical description: Complexes of cationic quaternary ammonium salt  and nonionic surfactant

Characteristics:  Appearance, 25℃: Yellow to light brown viscous liquid and paste.
Solubility:  Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol,chloroform and other organic solvents.

Packaging: This product is packed in plastic drum, 50KG per barrel, sealed package.

Storage:   It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain, upending is forbidden. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical fro transport,storage. Please avoid touching it  directly, if it touch your skin, just wash it by water.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.

Application: HBS-180 is a composite environment-friendly antistatic agent. It is an additive antistatic agent suitable for soft and hard PVC, semi-rigid PVC and rubber products. It has excellent heat resistance, quick onset, high antistatic performance and lasting durability. This product does not affect the performance of the product.
Widely used in transparent PVC partial wealth, can reduce the resistance of the plastic surface to 107-108_, this product has a little stratification, before use, please fully stir, make it even.
